Floor Plans
We provide plans for Estate Agents and Landlords, private house sellers, holiday rental companies/cottage holiday magazines.
- Plans take approximately an hour to draw depending on the size of the property and are ready in a digital format in approximately 2 days.
- We can provide coloured plans as well.
- Alterations are immediately possible.
- 3D floor plans build a realistic 'model' of the property and can be arranged.
Home Information Packs
We provide an on line HIP Service, and can provide all the necessary documents for you to view your completed HIP, through HIPVIEW, a secure service for the residential property market.
You will be provided with a PIN number for you HIP, you can disclose this to any genuine buyers, your solicitor and Estate Agent. Our price includes, Index, Sales Statement, Property Information Questionnaire, (PIQ) the EPC, Searches, Title information, and the Energy Performance Certificate. Floor plan if required, plus a full photographic service if needed.
The Survey for the EPC takes approximately, 45 mins, for an average 4 bed home, if photographs are required over an hour. We provide 1 hard copy if requested, most customers and solicitors are happy with the online services as it is preferable not to waste paper. If you require a further copy we do charge a small fee.
Energy Performance Certificate for Residential Landlords
Landlords from October 2008 are legally required to have a copy of an Energy Performance Certificate for any prospective tenant. An EPC is required on a change of tenancy, the certificate is valid for 10 years. If the property has improvements made for example a new boiler or double glazing the EPC will need to be update to be accurate.
We give a discount to Landlords who have already had an EPC from us and it needs updating at a later date.
